About Us

Atlantis Health Services (AHS) is a Texas registered company and has been providing services to adults, adolescents, and children for the past 20 years. Dr. Jean Joseph-Vanderpool, a practicing Psychiatrist, has been providing mental health services in El Paso since 1990. AHS has been providing outpatient community-based services under DSHS (Department State Health Services).

At AHS we are dedicated to our patient's recovery and personal growth. We uphold values of sympathy and respect throughout all services provided.

Treatment is designed to be personalized for each of our clients. Our ultimate goal is for our patients to achieve autonomy and live life to its full potential. AHS is a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health facility specializing in substance abuse treatment, psychosocial rehabilitation services, and primary care services.
